An ode to junglerama is a zine documenting the abandoned soft play area behind my house in Washington Tyne and Wear which was arsoned in the spring of 2017. I watched it burn from my bedroom window. This zine is part of a wider project called 'home lonely' which explores my upbringing and loneliness in a post-war new town. Most of the images are from local tabloids and also the local facebook group.
